How do I know that a jumping castle is available for my party?

Answer: By completing the online contact form, we will receive a mail. We will verify the date’s you requested and reply via email , confirming the date requested.

Answer: When we've confirmed availability, we will email you an invoice with our banking details, hire agreement and terms and Conditions.

How do I know if my booking was successful?

Answer: you will receive an e-mail from us confirming availability. Once we receive proof of payment, only then will you receive a booking confirmation.

Why do you need a copy of my ID/ Drivers License?

Answer: Due to previous losses/ stolen Jumping Castes we need to enforce this rule across the board, as to ensure no future losses
